Deploy the Equal Employment Opportunity programs to include EEO training, complaint processing, Special Emphasis, and Affirmative Programs of EEO, under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, for all Army activities within the USAG Baden-Wuerttemberg areas of responsibility including Heidelberg, Kaiserslautern, and Mannheim, and deployed employees in combat theaters, in support of Mission Commanders, Soldiers, and Civilians.
