Central Issue Facility

Mission

To provide Logistical Support to Baden-Württemberg Garrison and to oversee the Indirect Support Garrison Logistical Support Operations to includes Supply & Services, Transportation and Plans and Policies.

Vision

The United States Army Garrison Baden-Württemberg, Directorate of Logistics, is an empowered organization committed to providing excellent logistical support to the U.S. Military Communities in Heidelberg, Mannheim, Schwetzingen, Germersheim and Kaiserslautern.

Goal

To continuously improve efficiency, responsiveness, coordination and communication between the Baden-Württemberg Garrisons DOLs while interacting with IMCOM-Europe Logistics Division to provide outstanding logistical support to Soldiers and their families.

External SOP: prescribes general policies and outlines responsibilities and procedures for the issue, exchange, and accountability of organizational clothing and individual equipment drawn from CIF within the realm of the United States Army Garrison Baden-Württemberg

Rescheduling of turn-in appointments must be done at the CPF (Central Processing Facility) in Building 130.
